We delivered a sensitive main-floor renovation within Hollin Hills—the mid-century modern community designed by architect Charles M. Goodman—balancing updated function with careful respect for the home’s historic character.

Technical scope + permitting

Existing conditions + documentation: on-site measurements and as-built drawings to establish an accurate base for design and construction.

Design + planning: coordinated a complete main-floor remodel including the kitchen, living/dining, and a renovated primary suite with bedroom, bath, and walk-in closet, with detailed drawings to support field execution.

MEP coordination: coordinated plumbing, electrical, and mechanical impacts for kitchen and bath upgrades, including fixture/appliance locations and equipment coordination.

Permitting + approvals: produced permit-ready drawings and managed jurisdiction coordination—submittals, review comments, and revisions—through permit issuance.
