We converted an existing commercial shell into an 18-hole indoor mini golf venue designed for smooth guest flow, clear wayfinding, and durable themed interiors built for high traffic.
Technical scope + permitting
Program + planning: coordinated a full layout for an 18-hole course, reception/queuing, back-of-house support, two dedicated party rooms, and restrooms.
Code + life safety: produced permit drawings including occupancy classification, egress planning, and an occupant load calculation of 314 occupants to guide exit access, circulation widths, and life-safety coordination.
Accessibility (ADA): accessible routes, clearances, and restroom/fixture layouts integrated into the guest experience.
MEP coordination: coordinated HVAC/ventilation intent, plumbing fixture planning, and electrical/lighting layouts to support themed zones and overall equipment loads.
Permit expediting: handled full coordination with Stafford County—submittals, plan review responses, and revisions—through permit issuance.
